SynthAsh – ( RTU – Ready To Use ) Nano Ceramic Polymer Curing Additive Agent for Portland Cement, the composition is clear to Amber to slightly yellow in color aqueous solution.
High-range water reducers, reduce water content by 12 to 30 percent and can be added to concrete with a low-to-normal slump and water- cement ratio to make high-slump flowing concrete. Flowing concrete is a highly fluid but workable concrete that can be placed with little or no vibration or compaction. The effect of Super Plasticizers lasts only 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the brand and dosage rate, and is followed by a rapid loss in workability.
Reduces the required water content for a concrete mixture by about 5 to 10 percent. Consequently, concrete containing a water-reducing admixture needs less water to reach a required slump than untreated concrete. This admixture reduces water content by at least 8 percent and tend to be more stable over a wider range of temperatures.
SynthAsh can be used as a defensive strategy for concrete structures, sucn as marine facilities, highway bridges, and parking garages, that will be exposed to high concentrations of chloride.
Alkali-silica Reactivity Inhibitor reduces the amount of shrinkage to control drying and minimize cracking, creating a more durable structure.

Directions for Use:
SynthAsh- ( RTU – Ready To Use ) Addition rate is 50 – 60 ounces of QUMAX per cubic yard of Portland ( Based on percentage of water in your mix).
CAUTION:
Dispose of container and unused contents in accordance with Local, State, and Federal regulations. EMPLOYERS should obtain a copy of the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) from your supplier. Do not store at temperatures greater than 140° Fahrenheit / 60° Celsius or in direct sunlight.
DO NOT TAKE INTERNALLY!
Use eye protection to avoid contact with eyes. In case of eye contact, open eyelids wide and flush immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Use protective measures to keep off of skin. Wash off well if product comes in contact with skin. If swallowed, CALL PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY! GET MEDICAL ATTENTION. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN!

We, the manufacturer, warrant only that this product is free of defects since many factors whicn affect tne results obtained from this product such as weather; workmanship, equipment utilized, and prior condition of the substrate are beyond our control. We will replace at no charge any product proved to be defective within 12 months of purchase if proof of purchase from an authorized distributor is provided.
